mark steiner, inc. developed an online assessment RLA for Ameritech that facilitated the delivery of online assessments for customer service representatives across their intranet. The solution was comprised of 3 components:
- The actual quiz
- A quiz builder application which allowed non-technical instructors create their own quizzes. Question types included Multiple Choice, Multiple Choice-Multiple Answer, True False and Drag and Drop. The quiz builder allowed instructors to customize feedback, determine if the quiz was timed, the maximum amount of time, if a graphic was included, and if remediation questions were included.
- A results reviewer which allowed instructors to view the scores of students on various tests, including the ability to view specific responses, compare scores across various tests and cities, and perform an item analysis.
